The Albert group had a great time at this year’s Research and Innovation Week (March 6-10) at Lakehead University!

Francis Hane won first place among the Postdoctoral Poster Presentations with his poster on Hyperpolarized Xenon Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) of Healthy Volunteers.

Braedan Prete won the Undergraduate Oral Presentation for the Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies, with his talk on Cyclodextrin-Based Pseudo-Rotaxanes as Molecular Imaging Agents for Hyperpolarized 129Xe MRI.

Dr. Albert spoke at the Celebrating Our Authors Event, about his book “Hyperpolarized and Inert Gas MRI – From Technology to Application in Research and Medicine”.
